Fabio всегда был на связи до нашего прибытия. Подсказал, как добраться, встретил нас, все рассказал, показал. У нас была часть дома с небольшой, но очень зеленой и чистой приватной территорией с зоной для барбекью. Апартаменты: кухня, спальня и туалет. Было комфортно, тепло. Есть своя парковка для авто. Достаточно удачное положение. Можно дойти пешком до ж/д вокзала, это займет минут 30-40 (например, если планируете посещение крупных городов рядом - Флоренция, Болонья, Сиена - и не хотите заниматься поиском парковок для авто) И, конечно же, прекрасная природа Тосканы!

If you love Tuscany and Italy, this is the place to be. A wonderful location and the apartment itself is cosy and offers everything a good vacation needs. All the major Tuscany attractions can be found easily and Fabio is a good guide to tell more places worth to visit. We spent six days there and enjoyed every one of them. Visited San Gimignano, Chianti area, Siena, Vinci, Empoli and chilled out the rest of the time by the pool, which was a true oasis in the heat of August. Can truly recommend this place.

We stayed two weeks at the apartment and everything was wonderful. Our kids loved the pool which was far bigger than expected from the pictures and allowed for a good swim. Fabio and his wife were most friendly and helpful. The location is great, although Poggibonsi isn’t a real Hotspot, it’s a Perfect starting point for trips around the Tuscan landscape and cities.

Comment décrire à nouveau cet endroit magnifique ? De retour 3 ans après notre voyage de noce, nous n'avons pu éviter quelques larmes en revoyant ce plafond voûté, la chambre cachée derrière ces rideaux romantiques nous séparant du salon fonctionnel et de la petite cuisine augmentée d'un four à micro-ondes. Revoir la piscine et voir à nouveau ce paysage de carte postale toscane fut à la hauteur de nos souvenirs. Toujours au frais à l'interieur, dans la chaleur (en juillet) de cette région fantastique, cet écrin de bonheur est au centre des plus belles villes à visiter. Florence (indescriptible), Sienne (n'hésitez pas à visiter tout ce qu'il est possible de visiter de l'extraordinaire Duomo), San Giminiano, Volterra, Monteriggioni, Castellina in Chianti, vous êtes au centre de visites inoubliables. Vu l'étroitesse des routes, comptez plus d'une heure trente pour Lucca et Arezzo (très agréables) et Pise (plus convenu mais incontournable). Que dire de la gastronomie toscane que vous ne connaissiez déjà ? Fabio est un hôte fantastique (sympathique, efficace et discret.

Gîte très bien situé et bien entretenu. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. Merci à Anne-Marie et Fabio pour leur réactivité et disponibilité.

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern in der Wohnung Passero. Die Größe war optimal, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchen und der dazugehörige Garten war super für die Kinder, um zu spielen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir sie mal brauchten. Der Pool ist auch toll und sehr groß mit einem tollen Blick bis nach San Gimignano. Insgesamt einfach eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem sehr angenehmen Ambiente.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Anwesen zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

vielen Dank für die tolle Wohnung Passero, die Sie uns vermietet haben. Es ist bereits unser 2. Urlaub in Ihrer wunderschönen Anlage. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, Ihr umfangreiches Buch mit den Tipps für die Umgebung, Lokale, Ausflüge etc. war sehr hilfreich und liebevoll gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit schönen Möbeln, teilweise sind es Antiquitäten das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Der Garten bietet eine große Vielfalt von privaten Gartenräumen bis zu öffentlichen Liegewiesen und der wunderbare und geschmackvoll gestaltete und immer gepflegte Poll war die reine Erholung für uns.Es war alles vorhanden für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Wir haben es sehr genossen über das weite Tal zu schauen und die Ruhe genießen zu können. Das morgentliche Gackern der Nachbarhühner war wie ein Flashback in die Kindheit, es war einfach wunderbar.
Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder in den nächsten Jahren.

herzlichen Dank für die Vermietung Ihrer Wohnung Passero, wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Es waren 10 wunderbare Tage in Ihrer Anlage. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll mit schönen Möbeln ,teilweise mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet und bietet alles was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir haben jeden Tag die schöne Anlage, die aus privaten Gärten sowie öffentlichen Liegewiesen und dem wunderbar gepflegten Pool besteht, genossen. Auch das von Ihnen mit viel Aufmerksamkeit erstellte Buch mit Empfehlungen von Lokalen, Ausflügen und anderen Tipps war sehr hilfreich. Wir haben jeden Tag den wunderbaren Blick über das Tal genossen und das morgendliche Gegacker der Nachbarhühner war wie ein Flashback in die Kindheit, einfach wundervoll. Wir waren nun schon zum 2. Mal bei Ihnen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Fantastic accommodation the views were amazing from the pool. Peaceful, our two teenage children loved it so great for families. Fabio was extremely helpful in recommending local sites, restaurants and vineyards! Will defifinately go back.

Our stay at Podere Oliveta was amazing. We didn't know what to expect and it was perfect for our needs spending a month in Italy. April is certainly the month to go with cool nights warm days and no crowds. The accommodations were exactly as described and work great for two people for 28 days. You certainly need a car if you will be staying here but we loved the town of Poggibonsi and being able to get away from the crowds in the tourist towns. It is centrally located and we were able to see everything in Tuscany and all the way up to Venice by train that we wanted to see. Fabio was a great help to us and we would certainly rent this property again and or recommend it to friends or family.

Of course they both speak Italian.
On the uppermost area there is an incredible large well-kept pool with roses galore and views that I couldn’t stop painting each morning. Evenings we sat there in the quiet to watch the long Tuscan sunset. 40 minutes by bus to Florence, but minutes by car to Chanti Country, Sienna, Volterra (our favorite hill town of all), and several other wonderful hill towns.
The beds were quite comfortable; Kitchen well supplied. Everything was meticulously cared for, as were we. Each unit not only has a patio or deck with table/chairs but also a grass area with table, lawn chairs, b-b-q- - all of your own. In addition we used the picnic table far out near chickens for dinner one night, for a different sunset perspective.
Most often in the evening Fabio would talk with us about our plans for the next day and how to make the most of it. I appreciated his local ‘political and community’ involvement and his stories of same. What a tale for my husband, an architect, to hear what it takes to get paperwork through the city of Sienna…or wherever.
There are several different and lovely units to choose from, so review them all. Next time we may enjoy the centuries old cave structure. Each has character and lots of privacy. There is NO noise at night, but bugs and birds. Can’t wait to go back.

Siena and Firenze are easily within reach as are Volterra and San Gimignano; Poggibonsi makes a very good travel hub. But Podere Oliveta is a few km outside of the small city, so that the immediate environment feels very rural and quiet. The Cantini family has made this a very comfortable place for a week's stay; we enjoyed cooking meals here as well as the availability of an open fireplace for our use. Speaking of comfort, we thought at first we would find the bed too hard... but after six nights of sound sleep we had to admit it was excellent. We appreciated all of the basic necessities (and grocery items!) that were provided upon our arrival; this was a thoughtful touch. We found the apartment clean and even more spacious than the photos suggest. Lastly, the Cantinis are a good resource for local information... we suggest you ask about local restaurants and shopping when you arrive, although an informative binder is there in the apartment for your use. All in all, we were very happy with our stay at Apartment Gufo and look forward to trying it again in the warmer weather when the swimming pool will be an option!

Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung in einer schönen Anlage mit sauberem ordentlichen Pool und Liegemöglichkeiten mit Aussicht! Dazu mehrere Sitzgruppen incl. Balkon und Garten und Grill. Gute Betreuung durch den charmanten und kompetenten Fabio. Kommen geren wieder!!

location conforme à l'annonce Passero. appartement propre, au calme avec jardin privatif et accès à une superbe piscine (très belle vue sur la campagne toscane). location non climatisée mais qui reste 'fraiche' malgré tout. classeur à disposition avec des informations touristiques très intéressantes. bref à recommander

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Wohnung Rondine. Von der Wohnung aus sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana schnell und einfach per Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, teilweise etwas hellhörig, kommt auf das Verhalten der Besucher der Nachbarwohnung an. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Urlaubs Location

Propriété superbe. Piscine merveilleuse dans un cadre naturelle idyllique avec les oliviers. Gîte très très propre et de très bon goût. Mme et Mr Cantini sont des gens très très sympathiques et présents en cas de coup dur (panne véhicule). Et de très bon conseils. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location. Tous les petits villages médiévaux à proximité sont à visiter. La campagne est superbe. Et les restaurants sont bons (Village de Certaldo) Paule et Daniel Barbier

Die Ferienwohnung Passero ist für eine Familie gut geeignet. Alles war bestens. TV Empfang dürftig, aber das braucht man bei der Location auch nicht. Wunderbarer Pool. Alles sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen. Da kann man gut entspannen. Küchenausrüstung war ok. Mobiliar sehr schön. Alles wie auf den Fotos. Positiv auch die Waschmaschine, gerade wenn man länger bleibt. Sehr netter Vermieter. Konversation auf Englisch möglich. Unsere vergessenen Sachen wurden prompt nach Hause geschickt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Anlage Oliveta sehr empfehlen

Toscanan maisemista ja erityisesti pyöräilystä pitäville sijainti on ihanteellinen. Viinitilat ovat myös lähellä. Tilava huoneisto, viihtyisä maalaisympäristö ja uima-allas.
